What is a template?
A template is a pre-designed layout used to create documents. Instead of recreating a document over and over again, a template allows you to keep your page formatting and

How Templates Work:
Each template contains document settings such as fonts, page layout, special formatting, and styles. Think of a template as a blank employment application and you get to fill in all the boxes. It has orders, boxes, lines, and instructions to tell you where you may (or must) enter important texts. The employment application is the structure and what you write in the spaces is the content.
