To check your version of OfficeReady 4.0, please perform the following steps:

1. Open OfficeReady 4.0.
   
2. From the top of the Main Menu, select "Preferences":
   
   
3.  This will open the "Preferences" screen. The version number will be on the top-right of this new window:
   
   
   "X" is the type of OfficeReady 4.0 you're using (Pro, Platinum, etc.). "YYY" is your specific version number.

After checking your version, if you need to update to the latest version, click the appropriate link below:

• Click Here to Update OfficeReady 4.0 Professional
• Click Here to Update OfficeReady 4.0 Platinum
