 No contacts detected when importing from a CSV
Solution

When importing a CSV to use as a Mailing List in High Impact eMail, you may receive a message that there were no contacts detected. This may be related to not having enough columns in the CSV file. Before importing contacts from a CSV file into HIE5, please ensure that the CSV file has at least two columns of data, even if the second column contains only a header in the first row and no additional data.

For example: A CSV file has only an email address column. This file will not get imported correctly into HIE5. In order to import correctly, please add a second column to the CSV, making sure to include a header in the first row. This will correct the issue, even if the second column is empty and has only the header.
