In High Impact eMail 5 Platinum, there is an option to include an “Unsubscribe” link so that recipients of your email(s) can remove themselves from your Mailing List.

The “Unsubscribe” feature is only available under the following circumstances:

a) You are using High Impact eMail 5 Platinum

b) Your Email is sent using a Mailing List (not to a single recipient). This is because in order for someone to unsubscribe, there needs to be something to unsubscribe from!

c) The Unsubscribe Link option is selected in the Preferences menu (this is under the "General" tab).

d) Before sending the email in HIE5, confirm that you have checked the “Insert Unsubscribe link in the template” option at the bottom of the Email Designer.

If all of these requirements are met, the next eMail Merge you send will have an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Note: The Unsubscribe link will not be shown in the Preview. It is only added once the email is sent.
