You may have noticed that there is a tiny image at the bottom of the emails you've sent through High Impact eMail 5. While this cannot be disabled in the Trial version, users who have fully activated the product can disable this from appearing in the footer (but please don't! Pretty please?).

If you'd like to disable this footer image from appearing in future emails, please follow these steps to disable the "Created by High Impact Email" footer image:

1) From the main menu of HIE5, click on Preferences at the top right.

2) Under the General tab of Preferences, select the option to "Disable addition of HIE insignia to footer of outgoing emails".

3) Click “Save Changes and Exit”. This footer will not appear in future emails.
