Look Before You Leap: Preview Your Mail Merge Messages
Oops! Not sure what
you just sent to 50, 100, 200 people? Wouldn't it have been nice to
give your mail merge emails one last check before sending them out
-- just to make sure all your t's are crossed and all your i's are
dotted? Well, here are 2 ways to make sure you're always sending
great email...

To preview
your template, simply click on the "Show Preview" button
located on the menu at the top of the screen. |

Click "Next" to preview
each individual email |

sending the mail merge out, send a copy of the email
message to yourself |

Once you receive it in your inbox, read it over, and spell check
it using your spelling tool in Outlook (TOOLS > OPTIONS > SPELLING) |

Be Picture Perfect |

Photo Socket 101: Be Picture Perfect
Have
you ever tried to insert an image into a Photo Socket only to find
that it doesn't fit exactly? You can use the crop tool to resize
any image so it fits within the socket perfectly ...every time!

Begin by opening
the template you are working on and double clicking on a PhotoSocket.

Choose the "My Computer..."
option and navigate to the picture you want to insert. A preview
of the image will be displayed for you.

Click on the "Crop" button at
the top right of the screen. A red box will appear over
your picture. This box is constrained for the aspect ratio
of the PhotoSocket -- that means that no matter how you
resize it whatever is in the red box will fit the exact size
of the PhotoSocket!

When you have adjusted the red
box to your liking click on the Apply button.

Finish editing your template,
upload the image to ReadyShare and you are finished! The image
will be placed in the PhotoSocket and fill the entire socket.
