In OfficeReady Professional, go Profiles | Manage Profiles
Go to Add
Fill in all your business contact information.
Step
2:
Set your images
Hit the button on the bottom of this screen is a button that says Add
logo, portrait signature...
Set your logo by going to Set Logo Image. This will
bring up a dialog and allow you to find your logo image on your hard drive.
Repeat for the portrait and signature. When you are
finished, hit Okay.

Step 3:
Create your stationery set
Find the letterhead you want to use and double-click on the icon. Apply
the profile you just created. Voila! You have a letterhead you can print and
use.
Repeat for envelopes, fax covers, invoices, memos, business
cards, press releases, postcards and more!
