Profiles could not be easier to use. And they're cool!
For people who create document after document in Microsoft Word, the automatic profile feature will be one of your favorite aspects of OfficeReady Pro 3.0.
Within an OfficeReady profile, you can store both business card
information and default images for logo, portrait and signature.
For instance, if your company has a logo you can set the logo up as part
of your profile. Then, every time you create a new document that has a logo
socket, the logo from your profile will automatically show up in the document.
Take a look at the screen shot below so you can visualize how this works. The screen shot shows a document template before and after the profile is applied. The profile dialog is also shown in the middle; this is where you will manage profile information.

Never worry about logo images again
Setting up a profile takes a matter of seconds and, in the long run, will end up saving you a tremendous amount of time. Inserting images into Microsoft Word documents is notoriously tough. Now, you won't need to deal with it or worry about it. The OfficeReady profile will insert your standard images for you, so you can just start typing away at the body of the document. You'll be creating documents faster than ever before, and you'll be doing it stress-free.
If you need to have more than one profile, that's fine too. You can create an unlimited number of profiles (each with its own information and images) and easily choose from the list of profiles when you create a new document. Switching on the fly between two profiles allows you to create unique versions of documents using the same standard template. Now that's what we call efficient!
