• Yes, you will need to have High Impact eMail installed to both install and use template packs.

• Are there any duplicate templates in the template packs? Will the template packs be all new templates not available in High Impact eMail?
  
• The templates contained in the template packs are all new templates not available in High Impact eMail. The templates in the color theme packs may have the same layout as some of the templates in High Impact eMail, but they will have different themes and colors.

• How do I install the template packs?
• Once you purchase a template pack, a link to download the executable for the templates packs will be given to you. All you need to do is run the executable and the templates will automatically install into High Impact eMail.
  
  The bonus packs are installed a little differently. When you run the executable, it will unload the included template packs into a specific folder. Note the folder that the files are being extracted into. You will need to run them individually in order for the templates to install.

• What will happen if High Impact eMail is not installed?
• You will receive a message notifying you of this. As a result, nothing will be installed.

• Why can't I get just the email templates without High Impact eMail?
• High Impact eMail is designed for those who are not experienced with HTML. We wanted to provide quality templates in a program that allows you to easily edit the template. If you were to only purchase the templates, you would not be satisfied because you wouldn't know what to do with the templates once you downloaded them.
