Using the OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar in Word
To launch a Word template, first select a Word template the Template Browser. There are several ways to launch a template:
- Double-click on a template.
- Click a template to select, and click Next.
- Select a template using the up and down arrow keys, and hit the Enter key.
Once you have launched a template, you may be prompted to select a profile to use for that template (See Profiles section). After a profile is applied, the template will open in Microsoft Word.
To edit the text, simply edit as you normally would in any Microsoft Office document file.
To insert a photo, click to select a PhotoSocket (you can click on the entire PhotoSocket, or the smaller "Happy Socket"). Then, click the Insert Photo button on the OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar. For more information on inserting photos, please see the Photo Editor section.
The OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar has functions to Add/Replace PhotoSockets, Insert Photos, Change Color Themes, Convert to PDF, Calculate all Fields, Change Calendar Date, and Copy to Blank Cells. For more information click the appropriate link:

Once you have edited your template to your exact specifications, you will be ready to save your document, Convert to PDF, print, or even send the document to Printing for Less to be printed for you. Below is an example of a finished document.
