Shadeless Printing

The Excel templates contain special fields with light-green shading. Fields with light-green shading indicate that you can enter data into these fields. Below is an example of an Excel template with these shaded fields:

To print your document without this shading, print the document by clicking the Print without Shading button on the Toolbar. This will open a print preview of the Excel template without shading. Click the Print button at the top of the preview to print the document without shading. This will print a document similar to the one seen below:

Printing without shading will give your finished document a cleaner look, as well as save ink.
