Screen and Print Versions
Most presentations are designed to be shown in color, but handouts are usually printed in black and white. Shaded fills, filled objects, and backgrounds that look good on the screen make the printed handouts unreadable. In addition, the screen version will use much more ink or toner than the print version; printing the print version will save ink/toner. The Toggle Screen/Print button provides the functionality to view the slides in either the screen version or the print version.
To view a slide in its print version or vice versa, click Toggle Screen/Print button
on the OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar. This displays the print/screen version of the slide.

The print version of the same slide is shown below.
Note: This feature can be used only with OfficeReady 4.0 templates.
