Using Photo Sheets

OfficeReady Professional 4.0 includes a feature to duplicate a photo to fill a Photo Sheet. Once you finished inserting a photo into the first PhotoSocket, click the Copy to Blank Cells button , and each blank cell in the document will be filled with duplicates of the photo.

The most efficient way to place multiple copies on a page is to insert photos into the single cell as shown in Figure 1 (above). When you finish inserting a photo into this cell, select the first image and click the Copy to Blank Cells button on the OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar. The Copy to Blank Cells feature replicates the photo to the empty cells, creating the appropriate number of duplicate designs (or photos) per page (Figure 2, below).

Change your Mind? Copy it Again!
If you have already inserted an image and copied it to the empty cells, you can still change the image. To do this, click the first image (top left), and click the Insert Photo button, and follow the steps to insert a new image. Once the new image is inserted, click the Copy to Blank Cells button again to overwrite the other cells with your new image.
