PDF to Word
With PDF Roundtrip, you can convert any PDF to a Word Document file. Click the PDF Roundtrip PDF RoundTrip button
on the top toolbar of the Template Browser. This will expand the PDF Roundtrip button to show the two possible conversion paths, as shown below.
Click "Convert PDF to Word " to convert any PDF to a Word Document file. This will open the following window:

To convert a PDF to a Word Document file:
- Click the Browse button in the PDF Section (Section 1) to browse for the PDF to be converted. Browse for the PDF to be converted, and click Open.

Drag the PDF you wish to convert into the PDF Section (Section 1). - To select the location of the destination Word Document file, click the Browse button in the Word Section (Section 2). By default, the name and location of the destination Word Document file is the same as that of the original PDF.
- Click the “Convert” button to convert the PDF to a Word Document file.
Note: A Word template converted to PDF, and then back to Word, will lose its functionality. Once you have converted to PDF, converting back to Word will not restore the document’s OfficeReady functionality (replace PhotoSocket, Insert Photo, etc.). You will only be able to edit plain text and add PhotoSockets.
Note: A PDF that has been password protected cannot be converted to a Word Document file.
