PDF Roundtrip

Using the PDF Roundtrip button in the Template Browser

The PDF Roundtrip feature allows you to convert Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to PDF, as well as convert PDF files to Microsoft Word document files.

PDF Roundtrip can be accessed by clicking on the PDF RoundTrip button on the top toolbar of the Template Browser. This will expand the PDF Roundtrip button to show the two possible conversion paths, as shown below.

Click Office to PDF to convert any Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file to a PDF.
Click PDF to Word to convert any PDF into a Word Document.

Using the Right-Click Option in Windows

You will also have the option to convert files directly from within Windows. After OfficeReady 4.0 is installed, right-clicking any Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file will give the two following options:

With OfficeReady 4.0 installed, you will also have the ability to right-click on any PDF and have the following option:

After choosing one of these options, just select your destination folder and filename and click Save, and your converted document will be saved.
