Inserting Images
To insert an image into a document, click on the PhotoSocket that you would like to insert the image. There are two parts to a PhotoSocket: the shape itself, and the Happy Socket icon. Clicking on either of these parts will select the entire PhotoSocket.
OfficeReady 4.0 PhotoSocket
Once you have selected a PhotoSocket, click on the Insert Photo button
on the OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar.
- If there is currently no image in the PhotoSocket, this will open the Open Image dialog box. Select the image you would like to insert, and click Open. This will open the selected image in the Photo Editor.
- If there is already an image in the selected PhotoSocket, the Photo Editor will open without displaying the Open Image dialog box.

Build a Theme Around Your Image The quickest and easiest way to match your Color Theme to your image(s) is to insert the image(s) first, and then change the document's color theme to match your image(s). Grab the exact colors by dropping the Custom Color Picker right onto the inserted image(s). |
Replacing an Image
To replace an image, click on the image you would like to replace, and click on the Insert Photo button
on the OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar.
- The Photo Editor will open without displaying the Open Image dialog box.
- Tto insert a new image, click on the Open button at the bottom of the Photo Editor. This will open the Open Image dialog box.
- Select the image you would like to insert, and click Open. This will open the newly selected image in the Photo Editor.
