Copying Information
OfficeReady Professional 4.0 includes a feature to duplicate a business card, label, or postcard design to fill empty cells. Once you finished editing the design in the first cell, click the Copy to Blank Cells button
, and each blank cell in the document will be filled with duplicates of the design.

The most efficient way to place multiple copies on a page is to apply your profile into the single cell and make changes as shown in Figure 1 (above). When you finish editing this cell, click the Copy to Blank Cells button on the OfficeReady 4.0 Toolbar. The Copy to Blank Cells feature replicates the design to the empty cells, creating the appropriate number of duplicate designs per page (Figure 2, below).

Note: Copy to Blank Cells is only available for templates which are designed to be duplicated (Photo Sheets, Business Cards, etc.).

Change your Mind? Copy it Again! If you have already copied your design to the empty cells, you can still make changes. Simply make the necessary changes to the first cell (top left), and then click the Copy to Blank Cells button again to overwrite the other cells with your changes. |
