      Create a Company-Branded Theme
It's easy to create a company-branded theme using your company's colors. Just use the Custom Color Picker to extract colors from your company's email or website, and then add these colors to a new Color Theme. You can then save the Color Theme using your company name. You can even export the Color Theme and send it to all other OfficeReady 4.0 users within the company so that your documents' colors always sync up.

  3. RGB:
    • Set values between 0 and 255 for Red, Green, and Blue to create a color based on these values. The color swatch on the right-hand side of the Custom Colors window indicates the current color.
    • Click Add to add the color.

  4. HSB:
    • Set the Hue, Saturation and Brightness of your color by entering values into the appropriate fields. The color swatch on the right-hand side of the Custom Colors window indicates the current color.
    • Click Add to add the color.
