My Favorites

My Favorites Folder
High Impact eMail enables you to store your favorite templates into the My Favorites folder. This folder provides quick access to the templates you use more frequently or are your favorites.

Add to Favorites:
To add a template to the My Favorites folder:

1. Select a template category from the Categories column in the browser.
2. Right-click on the template you would like to put into your My Favorites folder.
3. Go to Add to Favorites.

To Remove from Favorites:
To remove a template from the My Favorites folder:

1. Select the My Favorites folder.
2. Right-click the template you would like to delete from the My Favorites folder.
3. Select Remove from Favorites.

To access My Favorites folder:
You can access the My Favorites folder through:

• Create New eMail screen
• My Stationery - Set [default mail client] Stationery screen
• View Templates screen
